The TPM driver enables or updates the TPM functions on the following ThinkPad computers. CLEAN INSTALL: (Unknown device in Other or System devices) Windows 2000 detected the "TPM Device", but was not able to locate the suitable device driver. In this case, you will see "Unknown device" in "Other devices" or "System devices" category in the Device Manager. To install the driver, follow the instructions below: 1. Start Windows 2000 2. Confirm Include subfolders is selected and click Next. 10. Click Close when the installation is completed. Click the Driver tab and the driver version will be displayed.
