IBM ThinkPad February 3, 2000 DVD-Video Player Upgrade for Windows 95/98/2000/NT4.0 Version 5.00.00.34.1 ========================================================================== What This Package Does ----------------------- The accompanying DVD-Video Player Upgrade package can update the DVD-Video Player feature in the ThinkPad system. The following models are supported: - ThinkPad 570/600E ( Supports Windows 95/98/2000 only ) - ThinkPad 570E/600X ( Supports Windows 95/98/NT4.0/2000 ) To determine the current version of your installed program, refer to "How to Determine the Program Version." To determine whether you have to update the program, refer to "Summary of Changed and Fixed Items." To update the program, refer to the "Installation Guide." How to Determine the Program Version ------------------------------------ 1. Click Start, move the cursor to Programs and Mediamatics DVDExpress. Then click Mediamatics DVD Player. 2. When the DVD Panel player is launched, click on the Options button. The Options button has an Envelope Icon on it. 3. By default, the About tab is displayed, then you can find the program version at the label "Build version : ". This package is for upgrade purpose only. 1. Start Windows 95/98 or Windows 2000. 2. Extract the package to your hard drive. 3. Click on Start -> Run... 4.
