What This Package Does ----------------------- The accompanying InterVideo WinDVD Upgrade package can update the InterVideo WinDVD Player in the ThinkPad system. Installation instructions ------------------------- NOTES: - This driver can only be used on the supported ThinkPad system listed above. - This package can not be installed without the InterVideo WinDVD already installed in the system. This package is for upgrade purpose only. - ThinkPad Software Installer provides install/(uninstall) wizard for this package. 1. Start Windows. 2. Extract the package to your hard drive. 3. Click Start, then click Run. 4. Specify the SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK. 5. Follow the instructions on the screen. Determining which version is installed -------------------------------------- 1. Click Start, point to Programs, then point to InterVideo WinDVD, and then click InterVideo WinDVD. The DVD Panel player is launched. 2. When the DVD Panel player is launched, right-click on the DVD Panel player, and then click About.... UNATTENDED INSTALL ------------------ This is for system administrators' use only. 1. Start Windows and logon with administrative privileges. 2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive. 3. Click Start and then click Run. 4. Type "[Program Path]\setup -S -SMS" and click OK. [Program Path] is the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2.
