What This Package Does
----------------------
This package provides the IBM High Rate Wireless LAN MiniPCI Combo Card
driver for Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.  
This package enables or updates the IBM Wireless LAN function of the 
following ThinkPad computers:

  - ThinkPad R30
  - ThinkPad R31

To update the Wireless LAN driver, refer to the Installation instructions
section

Installation instructions:
--------------------------

 1. Start Windows 98/Me/2000/XP.  For Windows 2000/XP, log on with a 
    user ID authorized as an administrator.
 2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
 3. Click Start and then click Run.
 4. Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\WLLANACT\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and click OK.
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
 6. Restart the system for the driver to be effective.

Determining which version is installed:
---------------------------------------
1. Double-click the Prism icon on the system tray.
2. Select the About tab on the Configuration Utility
3. It lists the version of drivers and firmware.
