Installation Readme

This package installs Plug and Play INF support for Intel(R)
chipset components on your IBM(R) NetVista(R) system with the
Intel(R) 810, 810E, 810E2, 815, 815E, 815EM, 815EP, 820, 820E,
840, 850, 860, 430TX, 440BX, 440DX, 440EX, 440GX, 440LX, 440MX,
or 440ZX chipsets.

This update is intended for IBM(R) NetVista(R) 6832-xxx
and 6833-xxx systems. This update takes approximately 5.5MB of
space on your hard disk drive (C:).

Print this file so that you can refer to it during the 
installation.


Downloading the update
----------------------
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
   the downloaded file.


Installing the update
---------------------
1.  Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and folders.
2.  Type qi6z18us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. 
    This will locate the qi6z18us.exe file you just downloaded. 
3.  Double-click the icon for qi6z18us.exe. 
4.  Click Next. Read the license agreement. 
5.  Click I accept the terms in the license agreement. 
6.  Click Next. 
7.  Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to
    C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\QI6Z18US.
8.  Click Next. 
9.  Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
