PC-Doctor for Windows update version 1 Installation README This package installs an update for the PC-Doctor for Windows software that comes preinstalled on your IBM(R) NetVista(R) computer. This update corrects a condition in which the PC-Doctor for Windows DMI Information Report will incorrectly report 512KB of L2 cache on some models which only have 256KB of L2 cache. This update requires approximately 3MB of space on your hard disk (drive C). This package is intended for IBM NetVista 6290, 6826, 8181, 8182, 8301, 8303, 8304, 8305, 8306, 8307, 8308, 8309, 8310, 8311, 8312, 8313, 8314, 8315, 8317, 8318, and 8319 systems. The DMI information report should now be updated to report the correct L2 Cache size. Caution: Should not be run on systems not containing a DMI info report. If your system does not contain a DMI info report, this patch will cause one to be displayed, but it may not properly function.
