For detailed help, read help files that come with the package. Windows 2000 ============ 1) Make sure the adapter is physically installed in your server or work station prior to installing the driver software. 2) Verify that your system is properly installed with Windows 2000 OS. 3) After logging in to W2K, W2K will detect the adapter with the W2K Wizard window. Click Next. 4) Select Search, then click Next. 5) In the Locate Driver window, select the floppy drive box or CD-ROM if you are using the sw CD-ROM, then click Next. 6) Click Next. 7) Click OK to start the drivers copying and installing process. 8) Click Finish. 9) Install PROSet2 Adapter Properties Utility program 10) Note: If you are installing multiple adapters and want to set up Failover Team, go to PROSet2, Right Click on one of the adapters and follow the steps there to create a Team. With W2K, PROSet2 is not installed automatically with Drivers sw install. To install PROSet 2, you will need the whole drivers sw CD or the more complete package posted at IBM Options web.
