Using these diagnostic actions, can prevent and minimize server downtime. If you are installing Real Time Diagnostics on a server that is running Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter, or Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional without Service Pack 3 installed, you must run the Real Time Diagnostics installation from a directory that can be written to. You must be able to create a file in that directory or be able to write to the directory. 1. Download the .zip file. 2. Extract the .zip file to your directory. 3. Run the setup.exe file. The InstallShield Wizard window opens. 4. Click Next. Review and accept the License Agreement. 5. Click Next. Click Change if you want to change the directory where Real Time Diagnostics is installed. 6. Click Next. 7. Click Install. 8.
