WHEN TO USE THIS UTILITY ======================================== This utility is only intended for Nefinity 3500 Servers when installing or loading Windows NT 4.0 on a SCSI hardfile that is running off of the on-board 7895 and experiencing one of two possible hang conditions: 1. Server Guide Install: The installation will successfully assign partitions, load appropriate files and then request a reboot. After the reboot, at the blue screen, there is no activity. The system is hung at this time. 2. Diskette Install: After following the appropriate procedure that allows the proper installation of the Adaptec SCSI driver from the manufacturer's diskette, the system hangs during the SCSI driver initialization. II. DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE THIS UTILITY ======================================== 1. Boot this utility diskette 2. At the DOS prompt type "zero" 3. When prompted to choose a port, enter "0" for the appropriate port 4. After the A:\ prompt returns to the screen, remove the diskette and reboot the system
