You must install this Support Module with RDM Version 4.20.2. 2.0 ISSUES RESOLVED BY THIS MODULE ----------------------------------- The RDM Support Module for IBM LS-20, Machine Type 8850 resolves the following issues caused by using the IBM LS-20, Machine Type 8850 with RDM 4.20.2: o Problems when using a Keyboard/Video/Mouse switch. To resolve this problem: 1. Verify you have RDM Version 4.20.2 installed on your server by selecting Director Console -> Help -> Product Information, then finding the Remote Deployment Manager build number in the Extension entry. RDM 4.20.2 has build number 10212 2. Replace the file install.bat in your RDM installation directory with the one provided in this update. For example: ..\program files\RDM\local\env\o\i\install.bat 3. Run RDM\local\env\mkimages.bat 4. You can now deploy the WNI to the IBM LS-20. o Problems scanning an IBM LS-20, Machine Type 8850. To resolve this problem, perform the following steps on both the RDM Master and Remote servers: 1. Replace the scan.exe file in the RDM install directory with the one provided in this update. For example: ...\program files\RDM\local\env\en\scan.exe 2. Run RDM\local\env\mkimages.bat 3.
