The adapter is a PCI-X 2.0 64-bit/266 MHz 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. This is a 10BASE-SR 850 nm multimode fiber adapter with XPAK module and LC connectors. The IBM option PN is 30R5001 ( Card Assembly PN 30R5019 FRU PN 30R5009 ). This sw release is the first official sw release for this product. All drivers software for 30R5001 is provided by Neterion. This release supports Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Linux Red Hat RHEL 3.0 & 4.0, and SUSE SLES 8.0 & 9.0, for x86, x64, and AMD64. The Windows 2000 & 2003 drivers and related software are included in this package. These drivers are Microsoft digitally signed. For the drivers and related software for Linux RHEL and SUSE SLES, a Neterion support web page is provided where end users can download the software directly from the web.
