IBMWEDGE.EXE is a self-extracting executable. Running it will extract the driver files to a 
temporary folder C:\TEMP\IBMWEDGE. Then install the driver as documented on page 26 of the LCCM 
Version 2.5.1 Training and Procedures Guide, using C:\TEMP\IBMWEDGE as the source of the install
files.
