Follow the prompts to complete the installation *NOTE: This eFix requires administrator privileges to install. It is recommended that the Director Support Program be stopped prior to installing this eFix however, if it has not shutdown then the eFix will stop the service. After the installation of the eFix is complete, an attempt will be made to restart the Director Support Program. If the service does not start properly, restarting the operating system should resolve the issue. To stop the Director Support Program under the indicated operating system please enter the following command without quotes at Command Prompt and press enter. Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 : "net stop twgipc" *NOTE: This eFix requires you to reconfigure all the Network Interfaces under TWGIPCCF after it is installed. 4.0 Configuration Information ______________________________________________________________________ 4. 1 This eFix is intended for version 2.12 of the configurations listed above in section 3.1 and 3.2.
