 The following information is being provided to assist in ordering              
 replacement cartons and cushion sets for new IBM Personal                      
 Computer products which have had their packaging materials                     
 damaged in transit.  The typical lead time to receive replacement              
 packaging to 10 days, unless express delivery is requested.                    
                                                                                
 Orders may be requested by FAX at 919-543-3119.                                
                                                                                
 Please include the following information on the order:                         
                                                                                
 o  Business partner identification number                                      
 o  Purchase order or reference number                                          
 o  "Ship to" address, including contact name and telephone                     
 o  Part numbers and quantities                                                 
 o  "Replacement Package Order, Attn:  Doug Smith"

 o  Cartons                                                                     
     -  Quantity of One:  $20                                                   
     -  Pallet Quantity:  $10 (75 to 150 units per pallet)

     -  Quantity of One:  $30

  Replacement packaging is available to IBM Authorized Business                 
  Partners for the sole purpose of replacing packaging that has                 
  been damaged in transit.  Replacement packaging materials are to              
  be used only for replacement of worn or damaged packaging                     
  materials on IBM products, and should not be utilized for                     
  products that have sold to an end user or installed.  Use of the              
  replacement material for any other purpose is strictly                        
  prohibited.  Damaged packaging materials should be promptly
