 Abstract:  CLIENTCARE HELP FILES MISSING IN NON-ENGLISH PRELOADS


 SYMPTOM:
 When installing LANDesk ClientCare from the Ready-To-Configure
 (RTC) CDROM, the following error message is displayed:

   "Error loading language dll. Defaulting to English"

 PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
 This tip applies to IBM PC300PL Series 6862/6892
 systems preloaded with non-English versions of Windows95
 or WindowsNT 4.0.

 FIX:
 To complete the installation, the user must select to
 install the US-English version of LANDesk ClientCare.
