PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS: This tip applies, but is not limited to, IBM IntelliStation M-Pro Series 6889 systems preloaded with WindowsNT 4.0, or installed with retail versions of WindowsNT 3.51 and 4.0. This tip may also apply to all models of Netfinity machine types 3000 and 3500. Typical steps that recreate the error condition are: 1. Install IBM Netfinity as a "Stand Alone Operation." 2. Select Netfinity Service Manager. 3. Select System Information. 4. Select Help. 5. Select Product Information. 6. Keys Help no longer functions. FIX: Selecting "Product Information" prior to "System Information" after starting Netfinity will allow "Keys Help" to open properly. -OR- 1. Select "General Help" followed by "Keys Help." 2.
