H164978: CHKDSK REPORTS FALSE FILE READ ERRORS SYMPTOM: After the install of FixPack32 (or later) on Warp Server, CHKDSK will report false file errors on servers with EZRAID installed. EZRAID is a component of some PC Server High Availability Solution for OS/2 Warp, PN 94G6620. PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS: - The system is one of the following IBM servers: Netfinity 7000 server, Type 8651, any Model. PC Server 704, Type 8650, any Model. PC Server 325, Type 8639, Pxx Models. PC Server 325, Type 8639, Exx Models. PC Server 330, Type 8640, Pxx Models. PC Server 320, Type 8640, Exx Models. - The system is configured with PC Server High Availability Solution for OS/2 Warp (94G6620). - The PC Server High Availability Solution for OS/2 Warp is configured to use EZRAID mirroring. - OS/2 Warp FixPack 30 (or newer) has been applied. - The system has the symptom described. FIX: Install the new EZRAID.DMD file available in a hidden directory on the IBM PCCo Web site.
