What this package does
======================
This package installs an updated version of the Multimedia Center for Think
Offerings software that comes preinstalled in your system. This update requires
approximately 220MB of space on your hard drive.

Print this file so that you can refer to it during the installation.

Determining which version is installed
======================================
Within the Multimedia Center for Think Offerings, click on the '?' icon and
select About This Program.


Downloading the update
======================
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded
   file.


Installing the update
=====================
1. Click Start, then click Start Search.
2. Type 1v29ez01lmcu.exe in the search field, then click Search Everywhere.
   This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the 1v29ez01lmcu.exe icon. You may see a dialog stating "A
   program needs your permission to continue". If you see this dialog, click
   Continue.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
5. Reboot your system when done.


Uninstall
=========
1. Logon with administrative privileges.
2. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
3. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
4. Uninstall the following applications one by one:

	Sonic DLA
	RecordNow Audio
	RecordNow Copy
	RecordNow Data
	Sonic Update Manager
	Sonic Express Labeller

5. Right-click the application, then click Uninstall/Change. You may
   see a dialog stating "Windows needs your permission to continue".
   If you see this dialog, click Continue.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation
   procedure.
7. Reboot the system.


Unattended install
==================
Silent install can be accomplished by the command line

"1v29ez01lmcu.exe /s /a /qn"


Notes and limitations
=====================
- This update will only install if a previous version of Multimedia Center for
  Think Offerings is present.
- This version supports Windows Vista.
- Multimedia Center for Think Offerings package will only work on supported and
  legacy Think products
- Individual components cannot be installed separately. Running the setup for
  Multimedia Center for Think Offerings will update any components that are not
  installed or are downlevel.
- This package does not support Lightscribe direct disc labelling.
- Enterprise users should contact the assigned Lenovo technical representatives
  for instructions on network distribution.
